根据航空安全需要，中国民用航空总局分别下发831号文、1254号文、3号文及1566号文，现结合我公司性质，公告如下：
关于禁止携带液体物品登机的通知
- 乘坐国内航班的旅客一律禁止随身携带液态物品，但可办理交运，其包装应符合民航运输有关规定。
- 旅客携带少量旅行自用的化妆品，每种化妆品限带一件，其容器容积不得超过100毫升，并应置于独立袋内，接收开瓶检查。
- 来自境外需在中国境内机场转乘国内航班的旅客，其携带入境的免税液态物品应置于袋体完好无损且封口的透明塑料袋内，并需出示购物凭证，经安全检查确认无疑后方可携带。
- 有婴儿随行的旅客，不要携带液态乳制品，请自带奶粉，糖尿病患者或其他患者携带必要的液态药品，经安全检查确认无疑后，交由机组保管。
- 乘坐国际、地区航班的旅客，其携带的液态物品仍执行中国民用航空总局2007年3月17日发布的《关于限制携带液态物品乘坐民航飞机的公告》中有关规定。
- 旅客因违反上述规定造成误机等后果的，责任自负。
本公告自公布之日起施行。

Public Notice on the Prohibition of Carrying Liquids Gels and Aerosols on Domestic Flights
In order to better safeguard the safety of passengers’ life and property the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China (CAAC) decides to revise relevant measures on carrying liquids, gels and aerosols (LAGS) on domestic flights in China and therefore makes the following announcement:
- All passengers on domestic flights are prohibited from carrying with them and LAGs, where’s they could be transported as checked luggage. And packaging of LAGs must be in compliance with relevant air transport rules and regulations.
- Passengers are allowed to carry with them small amount of cosmetics for self-use on domestic flights. Only one piece of each type is allowed and the capacity of the container must not exceed 100 ml. Cosmetics shall be placed in separate bags and are subject to security checks.
- Passengers who need to connect from non-domestic flights to domestic flights at airports in Mainland China shall have their duty-free LAGs placed in sealed, transparent and security tamper-evident plastic bags (STEBs) and shall produce receipts of the purchased LAGs as required. Such LAGs are not allowed to be carried on board unless they pass security checks.
- Passengers accompanied by infants should take powdered milk, instead of fluid milk products. Neccesary fluid medicine of diabetic patients or other patients should pass the security check and must be kept in the charge of the flight attendants if it is considered safty.
- “Public notice on Restricted carriage of LAGs on Civil Aviation Aircraft” which has been promulgated by CAAC on 17March 2007,shall apply when passengers take international and regional flights.
- Passengers shall bear responsibilities themselves in case of any consequences caused by their violation and regional of the above regulations.
This Public Notice shall come into effect as of the day of its promulgation.

关于禁止旅客随身携带（托运）打火机
火柴乘坐民航飞机的公告
根据民航局发布的《关于禁止旅客随身携带打火机、火柴乘坐民航飞机的公告》（【2008】3号），规定旅客一律不允许随身携带打火机和火柴登机。鉴于打火机、火柴放入手提及托运行李内可能产生隐患，为保障飞行安全，中国民用航空局发布【2008】1566号文最新规定，禁止旅客及机组人员在手提及托运行李中夹带打火机和火柴，即日起执行。

关于旅客随身携带物品件数的通知
根据民航最新规定及“春秋航空有限公司旅客、行李国内运输总条件”的相关规定，持春秋航空客票的旅客每人只能随身携带1件物品，重量不得超过5公斤，体积不得超过20×30×40CM，随身携带行李的重量合并计入免费行李额中请您提前做好准备，避免因此情况造成误机。
