  为了满足旅游者和经常出差的商务人士的出行需求,春秋航空致力于提供“安全、低价、准点、便捷、温馨”的航空运输服务。我们借鉴国际低成本航空公司的成功经验,通过加强管理压缩成本,并去除或调整传统航空运输中非必要服务,减少支出,把省下的钱转移到为您提供更理想的票价和更多的选择。与此同时,我们深切理解服务对于您的重要性。2005年开航之际,我们申请中国民用航空总局就我们的服务差异内容进行听证并获得其肯定性批复。结合运行以来的经验教训,为充分尊重您的服务选择,避免不必要的争议,就我公司与其它航空公司服务方面显著不同之处,形成以下特别提示作为运输合同组成之一。请您在决定购票前仔细阅读并签名(点击)确认。衷心感谢您的理解、配合与支持。

一.餐饮服务须知
春秋航空的票价不含餐、饮费用。客舱内设有售品部,您可以根据需要选购饮料、餐食及其他商品,我们的客舱乘务员将竭诚服务。我们诚挚地敬奉各位旅客:为保持客舱清洁,请勿在客舱内食用自带食品,尤其带有果皮、瓜壳等的食物。

二.不正常航班服务须知
1.我们尽最大努力避免航班延误或取消。如由于我公司原因造成航班延误4小时以上并直至晚上22:00以后,且计划航班取消的,我们为您免费安排带盥洗设施的标准间。
2.除此之外,我公司航班延误时不提供免费膳宿服务。我们将竭力提供最新航班信息,必要时协助您办理食宿等相关手续,但费用由您自理。
3.航班取消或延误超过3个小时,非团队协议购票的旅客均有权选择免费搭乘春秋航空的下一班机(需有空座)或退票。选择退票的,在始发地的,退还全部票款;在经停点的,退还未使用航段的全部票款,不超过原付票款金额。均不收取退票费。票款在30天内退还。
4.请注意您的权利将受到限制。除上述退票权或变更权之外,鉴于我们整体一贯低价,无论何种原因航班延误或取消, 我们不承诺提供任何其它补偿。敬请合理安排行程,预留充分的衔接时间。

三.行李运输特别规定
1.我公司的免费行李额较低。您的免费行李额(包括托运行李和非托运行李)为15公斤(婴儿无免费行李额)。超重部分需支付逾重行李费,每公斤按国家公布的经济舱全票价的1.5%计算。
2.每位旅客带入客舱的非托运行李(包括自理行李和随身携带物品)仅限一件,重量不应超过5公斤,尺寸不应超过20厘米×30厘米×40厘米。超重或超限的,均应办理托运;如您未能配合的,我们将有权拒绝运输。
3.网上值机手续中不包含办理行李托运手续,如您的行李需要托运,请在航班起飞前60分钟前往我公司值机柜台办理手续。为避免造成不便,请勿侥幸携带超重或超限行李登机,您可能在登机口柜台被拦截并被要求补办托运和交费。我们对任何在登机口柜台补托运的行李免除运输责任。
4.请勿将违禁物品、贵重物品及易碎物品放入托运行李,尽量不要携带大量现金上机,并在客舱内注意保管您的贵重物品。如运输过程中发生随身携带物品毁损或丢失,将由旅客本人负责。

TO OUR HONORABLE PASSENGERS

To meet our customers’ needs, Spring Airlines Company Limited (“Air Spring”) spares no efforts to provide air services of “safety, low-price, on-time, convenience and comfort”. We have assimilated advantages from all successful low cost carriers worldwide as to minimize cost by removing any unnecessary services and provide irresistibly competitive price. Meanwhile, we deeply understand the essentiality of services. As the first and yet the only low cost air carrier in China, before the inauguration flight of July 2005, we applied for a public hearing to be presided by General Administration of Civil Aviation of China (CAAC, authority of civil aviation in China) regarding our diversity services commitment. Having embodied various suggestions thereon, and with approval of CAAC, we hereby make the statement below. Therefore, please read very carefully. Your signature on any purchase order form, placing an order, paying for tickets or taking our flight shall mean acceptance of this statement as part of our condition of carriage. Thanks for your understanding, cooperation and support.

1.Catering service notice
The fare does not include any catering costs. There is snack counter in the cabin. You may buy beverage or food at your own choice. Our flight attendants will be available to provide sale service. TO OUR HONORABLE PASSENGERS: To keep the cabin tidy, don’t eating the food you bring . No littering.

2.Delay or cancellation service notice
1) If a flight is delayed for more than 4 hours till over 22:00 pm due to Air Spring and the planned flight is canceled, we will offer you a standard hotel room with bathroom and Air Spring shall bear the cost.
2) Except for the abovementioned, no free accommodation will be provided. We can offer you the latest information of flights.However, Air Spring will assist in procuring such service and the cost shall be borne by the passenger.
3) If a flight is canceled or delayed for more than 3 hours due to Air Spring, passengers other than those in a package tour group are entitled without additional costs to be transferred to the next flight of Air Spring (if seat available)or be refunded within 30 days. For refund request in the original departure place, full amount of actually paid fare shall be refunded. For refund request in a stopover place, the respective amount of the unused flight segment shall be refunded which shall not exceed the actually paid fare.
4) PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT OUR LIABILITY FOR FLIGHT CANCELLATION OR DELAY REGARDLESS ITS CAUSE WILL BE LIMITED TO FULL AMOUNT REFUND AND NO LIQUIDATED DAMAGES WILL BE PROVIDED.

3.Special rules for baggage
1) Your free baggage allowance is 15 kilograms (including checked baggage and hand baggage), and no free baggage allowance for infants. An extra charge for over-weighted baggage shall be calculated by 1.5% of the publicized economic class fare per kilogram.
2) Each passenger is allowed to take only one carry-on baggage. The volume of the article should not be more than 20cm×30cm×40cm, with a total weight not exceeding 5 kg. The weight of carry-on baggage is calculated as part of your free baggage allowance. Charge of over-weighted carry-on baggage is the same as seen in Rule No.1.If you don’t cooperate with us ,we have rights to decline to transport it.
3)Check-in online isn’t including check-in baggage, if your baggage need to be check-in, please check in one hour before the scheduled departure time. To avoid inconvenient, please don’t carry over-weight on board, or you go to boarding gate and will be blocked, you have to check-in baggage again and pay for that. We needn’t to assume responsibility for your recheck-in baggage on count.
4)please don’t put undeniable ,important and fragile goods into check-in baggage. When you take our flights, please don’t carry amount of cash. Articles are carried in the passenger cabin subject to the passenger’s own supervision and responsibility.
